How it works

How It Works

A clear, five-step process that takes your business from application to active, funded cards, with verification built in along the way.

The process

Five steps to a working card program

  1. 01

    Business onboarding

Businesses submit their company information and intended card program use case.

Tell us who you are, what your business does and how you plan to use prepaid cards. Our team reviews your request and explains the program options available to you.

  2. 02

    Due diligence

Required business and recipient information is collected and reviewed in accordance with the approved program.

We collect the business, ownership and recipient information the program requires and review it carefully, including the purpose of the payments and the source of funds.

  3. 03

    Program approval

Eligible businesses and cardholders are onboarded subject to the issuer's requirements.

Once the review is complete, eligible businesses and cardholders are approved and onboarded in line with the issuing partner's requirements.

  4. 04

    Card distribution

Cards are issued and distributed through the authorized program.

Cards are issued by the authorized partner and distributed to approved recipients, with our team coordinating the process alongside your business.

  5. 05

    Funding and usage

Approved funds are loaded through authorized channels, and cardholders use their cards subject to the applicable card terms.

Your business requests funding or reloads, approved funds are loaded through authorized channels, and cardholders use their cards for eligible purchases under the card terms.
